Inbound Vietnam interview with Cong Luan News

Mr. Pham Xuan Quy, CEO of Inbound Vietnam, provided his personal opinion and an overview of the interview's topics, which included recent policy changes as well as opportunities and challenges facing the travel industry:

“ We should concentrate on the nearby major markets. Japan, for instance, has large pensioner numbers and an aging population. Even if we grant them a unilateral 15-day visa exemption, that won't be enough time for them to travel. Therefore, the recently amended law is a good sign. With so many potential customers nearby in Korea, Taiwan, and China, if we have the right E-Visa policy on them, it will significantly boost the entire tourism industry.

We also need to improve the quality of our services because many foreigners will be aware of our government's new policy. Therefore, hotels, restaurants, and shopping malls must professionalize their customer service to retain customers, and encourage them to spend more when travel companies bring customers to Vietnam .”
