1. JOB INFORMATION:

• Position: Inbound Tour Sales Staff
• Number of Vacancies: 01 person

2. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Approach customers on the following platforms: Website, Fanpage, Whatsapp, and the company's available systems.
• Advise on product services related to Vietnam Tours, International Tours, and travel visa services.
• Prepare reports and statistics for management during operations.
• Calculate costs, work with service providers such as transportation, accommodation, dining, entertainment, etc., negotiate quality and good prices to create tour quotations for customers.
• Co-manage and control itineraries, and resolve issues arising during the trip.
• Propose solutions to address shortcomings to improve operational efficiency and satisfy customers.

3. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduated from college or higher in tourism, economics, marketing, etc.
• Proficient in English (mandatory)
• Priority for candidates with 1 year or more of experience as a tour sales executive.
• Proficient in computer skills and office software.
• Proactive, honest, sincere, and passionate about the job.

4. BENEFITS:

• Attractive income including basic salary from 8 – 10 million VND depending on working seniority + High sales commission outside the salary, which can reach 20 – 25 million VND/month.
