Cat Ba island

Cat Ba Island district is an archipelago comprising up to 367 islands of various sizes. Cat Ba Island itself covers about 100 km², located approximately 30 nautical miles from Hai Phong port, in the southern part of Ha Long Bay, forming a cluster of islands and sea caves that captivate tourists. Visitors here can enjoy the fresh and pristine air while immersing themselves in the beautiful natural surroundings.

The climate on Cat Ba Island is cool, fresh, and suitable for leisure and relaxation. From Hanoi, it's about 150 km to Cat Ba Island in the east. The most convenient way is by road or rail to Hai Phong, then by ferry or boat to the island. Renting a tourist boat allows you to explore Lan Ha Bay, visiting over 100 different beaches, each with attractive names like Cat Co 1 Beach, Cat Co 2 Beach, Da Bang Beach, Ben Beo Beach, Fairy Beach (Bai Co Tien), and many others.
