1. JOB DESCRIPTION
Operate tours according to contracts signed with customers.
Operate travel services, book services with tour bus partners, restaurants, hotels, attractions, etc.
Work with service providers such as transportation, meals, entertainment, etc. to negotiate methods, quality and good prices.
Adjust and assign responsibilities to the tour guide in charge of the trip.
Together with the tour guide, control the schedule and take responsibility for solving problems that arise during the trip.
Prepare a report to state the advantages and disadvantages of tour operators in implementing tourism activities and then make recommendations to improve and systematize suppliers.
Propose solutions to work with suppliers, evaluate supplier services,.
Support tour price calculation and tour programming for sales, combine accounting in revenue and expenditure of operating services and perform other tour operating tasks.
Working location: 16 Nguyen Van Ngoc, Cong Vi Ward, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi City
2. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Have experience as a tour operator for 2 years or more.
Graduated with a degree in Tourism, Business Administration or tourism related fields.
Have good diplomacy and communication skills (Good English communication is an advantage)
Have good relationships with service providers nationwide and a team of tour guides.
Understanding of resource allocation, honesty, sincerity, and dedication to work
Good computer and office IT skills
Operate tours quickly, calculate firmly, optimize costs, and ensure service quality.
