• Day 1 Amazing Hanoi Cooking Class

  09:30/15:30 Our guide will pick you up at your hotel.

  10:00/16:00 After 30 minutes of purchasing ingredients and exploring local culture at the market, we will come to our class kitchen and get ready for the cooking class. Our Chef, who has a strong passion for Vietnamese traditional food and rich cooking experience, will introduce you to the basic principles of each course and how to make Vietnamese food. You will have an opportunity to learn and make your own Vietnamese dishes like Vietnamese Salad, Fried Spring rolls, Cha Ca La Vong, and stir-fried vegetables.

  12:30/18:30 After you finish the meal, you will have a chance to learn how to make a cup of Vietnamese traditional green tea, a very special, tasty, and delicate drink of the Hanoians.

  13:00/ 19:00 At the end of Hanoi cooking class, our tour guide will drop you off at your hotel and say goodbye.

  Please note that tour prices vary depending on the travel season. Due to high demand, rates during high season will be higher than those in low season. All quoted prices are inclusive of 8% VAT.

  The seasonal schedule in Vietnam is applied as follows:

  • High Season: Jan 1st – Apr 30th & Oct 1st – Dec 31st.

  • Low Season: May 1st – Sep 30th.

  • Special Note for Da Nang & Nha Trang Tours:

    • High Season: May 1st – Sep 2nd.
