Ninh Thuy Fishing Village - Timeless Beauty in Simplicity

Ninh Thuy Fishing Village exudes a peaceful and simple beauty. Upon arrival, tourists can enjoy a serene atmosphere, far away from the hustle and bustle of modern life.
 

Ninh Thuy Fishing Village was formed in the 18th century on Hon Khoi Peninsula, formerly known as a sandbank. It consists of four hamlets: Ngan Ha, My Luong, Thuy Dam, and Ha Ba. Among them, Ha Ba village still preserves many cultural characteristics of ancient fishermen.

The village is located in Ninh Hoa town, Khanh Hoa province, just about 50km from the center of Nha Trang city. Therefore, tourists will not spend too much time traveling to get there.

The beach here still retains its untouched beauty. Visitors can immerse themselves in the crystal-clear waters and enjoy the cool sea breeze. Taking a leisurely stroll along the beach and admiring the boats anchored on the shore is also a soothing balm for weary souls.

Upon arrival at the fishing village, visitors will immediately notice the unique gates. The front of each gate is inscribed with the names of the villages such as My Luong, Ha Ba, while the back bears the six characters "Thien Thoi Dia Loi Nhan Hoa." Although these are not intricately carved architectural features, they possess a distinctive beauty rarely found elsewhere.

Furthermore, the village walls are constructed using compressed coral mortar. This is a type of material only found in coastal areas. The silver coral layer contributes to the unique characteristics of this village.

The cuisine here is simple and rustic, much like the local residents themselves. However, when enjoying the cuisine here, tourists will experience irresistible flavors made from ingredients sourced directly from the locals' farming and fishing
